Understand how shipping works:

- The delivery time varies according to the address given.
- The delivery time is estimated according to the contract with the carriers and can vary from 1 to 10 weeks, depending on the region of Brazil.
- The delivery period only begins once payment has been approved.

 

Attention: In case of a strike by the Post Office or the Inland Revenue, the downtime in some cases may be added to the delivery time.

There are areas considered by the Post Office as risk areas. If the Post Office considers the delivery location as a risk area, the tracking will be updated as a "risk area", in which case the parcel should be picked up at the nearest Post Office office to the delivery location. The pick up of the parcel at the post office in this case is the responsibility of the customer. 

Insurance in case of loss:

The Quality One Group team cares about every customer and guarantees delivery of the product even if the order is lost. To do this, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we will be happy to solve your problem. 

The application is considered lost or misplaced if it appears in the post office tracking as lost or misplaced.

International purchases and taxation:

This product is of foreign origin and is subject to federal and state taxation in Brazil. An import declaration will be registered and import tax and ICMS will be charged.

My order's been taxed, now what? 

It is the responsibility of the importer/customer to pay the imposed fees. All international orders arriving in Brazil by the Post Office will be subject to the collection of the postal order. 

If the order is refused by the customer, returned to the sender, or the delivery has problems due to incorrect address filling, we will return the payment discounting the shipping fee and return (as soon as the product returns to our distribution center in the United States).
