Exchanges and returns
According to the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, the customer who makes purchases through online stores has up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the withdrawal of their purchase. Refund of cancelled order

IMPORTANT: In case of return, the refund of the values will be processed only after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at the headquarters of Quality One Group. Quality One Group exempts itself from the obligation to cancel any order that does not meet the requirements of the Exchange and Return Policy.
